Spell Balance Changes
Rogue:
- Ambush weapon damage has been increased to 200% from 175%

Priest:
- (Shadow Talent) Improved Devouring Plague's instant damage effect has been halved
- Devouring Plague's dot base damage has been reduced
- Devouring Plague's dot spell power scaling has been increased
- Shadow Word: Pain's spell power scaling has been reduced
- Mind Blast's spell power scaling has been increased
- Smite base damage has been reduced
- Smite spell power scaling has been reduced
- Holy Fire base damage has been reduced
- Holy Fire spell power scaling has been reduced

Druid:
- (Feral Talent) Savage Fury have been halved
- (Feral Talent) Predatory Swiftness had its AP scaling factors changed to (25,50,75), (4,8,12) from (50, 100, 150), (7, 14, 20)
- Ferocious bite ap scaling changed to 50% from 100% (I want to not that this does not translate into a 50% damage nerf, its more like a 15% nerf to take off the top of the damage)

Shaman:
- (Enhancement Talent) Feral Spirit's damage has been reduced slightly (This shouldn't be too noticeable during a full duration of the wolves, but will balance them when they've been up for a short while)
- Frostbrand Attack's reduced the proc chance
- Frostbrand Attack's damage per level is changed from 5 to 3
